Our QSPI peripheral does not support NAND flash devices by default, so our expertise on the area is quite limited I'm afraid. We have not developed any drivers or added support for NAND flash devices at all the last 2+ years I'm afraid, so you would have to check if there is anything available in Zephyr indeed I think. You can check out the Zephyr Discord where I know there's a lot of great support for the Zephyr environment taking place.
