However, we have some devices on the field that does not have this implemented.

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m afraid it&amp;#39;s not possible to clear the device&amp;#39;s service discovery cache from an app or similar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can go to the phone settings -&amp;gt; bluetooth&amp;nbsp; -&amp;gt; turn bluetooth off and then on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;This will clear the cache. Note that you can &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;not&lt;/span&gt; do this from the control center. That will only stop the device from advertising. You have to do this from the phone settings page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
