The PCA20006 board revision is the relevant number here. Revisions up to and including 1.1.0 has a second revision chip. The 1.2.0 and 1.2.1 has a nRF51822-CEAAEx chip (third revision) and the 1.3.0, which is the newest, has a nRF51822-CFACAx (third revision) chip.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
