I have to program a Fansel gateway where inside there are a nRF9160 SICA and nRF5340 BLE connected via UART.

&lt;p&gt;Yes, you could use the nrf9160 DK or the nRF5340DK to program it. You will need to connect the external hardware to the DK through the Debug Out port on the DK (P19 on the nRF9160DK) using a 10-pin cable.
