The warning indicates that the opcode 0xfc0b (SDC_HCI_OPCODE_CMD_VS_ZEPHYR_READ_CHIP_TEMP) is not supported by the Bluetooth controller. I was able to reproduce this issue here with SDK v2.1.0, but not with v2.2.0. Would it be possible for you to update to a newer SDK version?

Hi Vidar,
I add temperature_measure function from example, I got some failed as below

bt_hci_cmd_send_sync failed (err: -5)
<wrn> bt_hci_core: opcode 0xfc0b status 0x01

What else can I add?

You should be able to fetch the temperature via the HCI interface as Hung explains in this post: RE: Config for using sdc_hci_cmd functions
