Thank you for the update regarding your h/w and the setup.

Is it reproducible on the DK?

I understand that debugging the custom board becomes more difficult if it is not reproducible on the DK.

That is not true, no satellite was found because the line to the LNA and GPS receiver was closed, I also shut down the repeater, I wanted to check the functionality and it is not working.

I will try to put some logs but I cant get modem trace, its a custom board with no option to record the trace. The most I can do is log level 3 (log level 4 I get flash overflow).

Using SDK 2.4.0 and MFW 1.3.5

I do no get the notification, when is suppose to log the notification it crushed and I get "ready"

Thank you for contacting DevZone at NordicSemi.

To me, it looks like GNSS continues to search/work even after the timeout of 20 seconds because 2 satellites would have been found,

as the SAT_LIMIT is minimum number of satellites that must be found to continue working beyond the timeout (limit).

Regarding the CEREG=5, what notification you are getting? Are you using the 9160DK? It this reproducible?

Let me know how can I reproduce that issue. Please mention the MFW version and the SDK version as well.
