Hi Zafer,
I would suggest to do a full erase of the chip before testing again. Or you can do nrfjprog --recover.
My suspicious is that there was old signature key on it that has not been overwritten.
When you mentioned " same hex file works on the other boards" are the boards identical to the board that having problem ?

yes, it is specific for this board. I am flashing the same hex file to the other board, it is working.

Yes, I saw the same point. but the same hex file works on the other boards. What may cause this issue?

Could you let me know which firmware did you build ?
If you simply build a sample in the SDK do you see any problem ?
From what showed in the log, it seems that the MCUboot couldn't verify the image you flashed. Something wrong with the key used to sign the application.
