It might be that your network doesn't support ePCO.

Could you try to program this version of the asset_tracker_v2 instead?

Do you have any logs from the device?

The application log will say when it is connected to nRF Cloud and ready to be added to your account.

What application are you running on the nRF9160?

Is the device able to connect to nRF Cloud?

It must be connected to nRF Cloud before you can add it to your account.
