 Does it mean that I can use the P rogrammer to update the application code when I using the mcuboot？

&lt;p&gt;No, it&amp;#39;s not. For updating the device through nRF USB in the Programmer App, we need to enable the mcuboot. &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_nc_programmer/UG/nrf_connect_programmer/ncp_application_overview.html"&gt;See here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
