What SDK is the customer using?
The customer's product uses 52832 and prints log through J-Link to check the running status.
They are printing logs over the debug interface RTT?
We want to know the fundamental difference between the start application and the watchdog on this issue, because the start application solves the problem.

The customer found that the board had been resetting and printing logs when there was no Bluetooth broadcast. Hardware reset is also useful after the problem is repeated. Now focus on the difference between software reset, hardware reset, Start application and watchdog reset.
Is my understanding correct in that watchdog reset is not working when the debugger is attached to the board? Have you made sure that the watchdog is not configured to halt during debug mode?

What is the application doing after reset? Does it go straight to advertising? Can you tell me more about the application?

The customer's product uses 52832 and prints log through J-Link to check the running status.

The watchdog reset cannot be restarted, but can be restarted by using the "Start application" command with J-Link in DCDC model.

The "Start application" is a command of Jlink from Segger.

We want to know the fundamental difference between the start application and the watchdog on this issue, because the start application solves the problem.

You need to elaborate a bit more on this point. What do you mean by "J-link through the J-Flash start application command can work", and "here is not J-link used 52832"?
In addition, please explain the difference between "watchdog reset" and "start application"? And how does it affect the chip?
If by start application you mean a power-on-reset, then the main difference is that a power-on-reset will also reset the debugger interface and the RESETREAS register,
