Is my understanding correct in that watchdog reset is not working when the debugger is attached to the board? Have you made sure that the watchdog is not configured to halt during debug mode?

What is the application doing after reset? Does it go straight to advertising? Can you tell me more about the application?

The customer's product uses 52832 and prints log through J-Link to check the running status.

The watchdog reset cannot be restarted, but can be restarted by using the "Start application" command with J-Link in DCDC model.

The "Start application" is a command of Jlink from Segger.

We want to know the fundamental difference between the start application and the watchdog on this issue, because the start application solves the problem.

It can be sure that J-link's RST does not pull low.

You need to elaborate a bit more on this point. What do you mean by "J-link through the J-Flash start application command can work", and "here is not J-link used 52832"?

If by start application you mean a power-on-reset, then the main difference is that a power-on-reset will also reset the debugger interface and the RESETREAS register,
