Hi again, I must also apologize for the late response.

Am I correct in understanding that this only happens during the initial configuration, and not when the pin is set to low, then high again after configuration?

And you do not see this issue if you set the initial value as low, then set the pin high immediately after configuration?

I tried the suggestion to change the internal pullup, but it behaves the same.

Could you tell me if changing NRF_GPIO_PIN_NOPULL to NRF_GPIO_PIN_PULLUP changes the behavior? Just to get a better idea what is causing the issue.
