The CL of the crystal is 12 pF. I'm using a pair of capacitors of 22 pF. Not problem to upload the documents. But, they are already in the forum in this other post. Do you think it's necessary to register a new case? Just tell me, if you think it will help, I will do it without hesitation.

I changed the crystal for another one, and changed the capacitors to 18pF (anyway 5%, I can't find 2% here). Now the crystal works. Great. Anyway I'm not caching any BLE with the nRF Beacon app for Android. Now I thing that may be a problem with the Balun and the antenna. I had handsoldered the balun, so I'm not sure that it's in the right position. I had tried a couple of times to move it up or down. It's a nightmare. I might have know to avoid the Balun, but now it's late. Any tips to check the Balun's contacts?

RE: 16 crystal capacitors tolerance

If the crystal isn't working it is probably operating outside of spec or struggling to start at all. If you are using the softdevice it could be that the start up time is to long: For correct operation of the SoftDevice, it is a requirement that the 16 MHz crystal oscillator (16 MHz XOSC)
startup time is less than 1.5 ms.

RE: 16 crystal capacitors tolerance

Yes.
