We are trying to perform highly accurate temperature measurments with the nRF on a pretty small board. Though that is a debug library that could take space you'd preferably use for other things. <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fps_nrf5340%2Ftemp.html&cp=4_0_0_6_33">We do also have a temperature sensor in the die though</a>.
