You will don't hear any disagreement from me. I had a talk with my colleagues and they had no good overview unfortunately and recommending asking Apple. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful

I hadn't seen that link. I'll try some of those endpoint profiles. It's a bummer Apple doesn't push anything that is easy to find.

I'm struggling a bit as well, Apple documentation is not the most user friendly, however Chip-tool had the following overview.

runsiv all I'm doing right now is changing the .zap file, regenerating the zap code, then seeing what this does in the homekit app.

Could you point me to any documentation on what endpoints HomeKit supports? That would be really helpful.

I've been scouring Apple and can't find the info. developer.apple.com/.../

Hi,

What changes have you done to the example? Also, Homekit only support Matter Generic Switches while our examples uses matter Dimmer Switch, so that might also be a possible explantion

hmm, revisiting I can't repeat this.. However, I have a similar problem modifying the light switch example (HomeKit won't recognize it so playing with the endpoints).

I did check in the zap tool that all mandatory boxes are checked.

Hi, Could you provide the full build log, just add it by using the insert menu

Could you also open color control cluster in zap tool and check if you have any undefined reference error and that all required items are checked?
