Of course, I will try what you recommend, but I think the problem is with the board, not VS Code. I wrote earlier that VS Code sees only one of the two boards. He does not see the second one.

Priyanka is out of office , so I'm replying instead.

Since nrfjprog finds the device, this might be an SW issue with VS code, and not an HW issue with the board.

If you do not see any devices listed or you have issues, hover over the Connected Devices View and click the Refresh Connected Devices button in VS code.

The list is populated by the device provider utility, which you can configure using the nrf-connect.deviceProvider setting. The default nRF Util provider automatically refreshes the list.

If you are having issues, try switching the nrf-connect.deviceProvider from nrfutil (default) to nrfjprog

good time of day. nrfjprog flashes these two boards with brash examples of a transceiver and an LE audio receiver. And I also took a screenshot of the fact that j-link also sees two of them. I only managed to force VS Code to see it twice using the on/off method.

Hi Andrey,

It does look like a defective board. Could you please check whether :

1. The board is being detected by your PC

2. You are able to access the board using nrfjprog

Hello Priyanka. There are no problems with the cable, since the two boards are clearly “seen” by the J-Link utility and I uploaded examples of the LE Audio host and receiver into them using a brush. The problem is that the board with serial number 1050134269 does not work with VS code. I can't explore or debug the application. I was told (I bought them on rutronik) that the boards were sent to the manufacturer for some kind of testing before sale. I managed to turn it on/off 2 times so that VS Code could see it. It seems to me that there is some kind of hardware problem with the board.

As you can see, I easily made an application blinking two LEDs and loaded it onto one of the boards. I can't do it the second time.

Hi Andrey,

Apologies for the delay. Could please verify the following:

1. Check the USB cable connecting the DK

2. Check the supply to and from the DK to locate the problem.

3. Did you have anything connected to this DK? What is your setup?

Hello Priyanka. Thanks for the answer. I have no other boards, only two audio_dk. The first board is always detected in VS Code, but the second one is detected only a couple of times when connected. VS Code doesn't see it. its serial number is 1050134269. Maybe something needs to be re-soldered?

DO you have this problem only with the Audio_DK?Or did you try some other DKs too?

What is your VSCode extension version?
