my question is when I tried to power off the system using sd_power_off(); then waked up the system then try to connect, it requests to pair again,

switch (p_ble_evt->header.evt_id)
 {
 case BLE_GAP_EVT_DISCONNECTED:
 pattern_ID_6(70,100);
 advertising_start();
 break;

, the problem now is that I need after the disconnection I need the development kit to re-start the advertising again using the dm manager ? ? ?

RE: ble pairing after poweroff mode

The flash will be maintained as long as you don't erase it.
It stores the bonding information in persistently in flash, and loads the bonding information into RAM when you wake up from system off.

RE: ble pairing after poweroff mode

When the system is woken up from system off, a system reset is applied and all the short term keys will be lost. Also the peer to which your device was connected will forget this keys because going to system off means the peer device most probably disconnected from your device. Which means that even if you have saved paring STK, you wont be able to use it as the peer will not recognize it. Use bonding instead of pairing in this case.

RE: ble pairing after poweroff mode

@Wojtek yes, I want to save the bonding information to be used after the wakeup & the firmware not to perform a new bonding process !!!

RE: ble pairing after poweroff mode

Did you consider using ram retention?
