Unfortunately we dont' provide technical support for new development (without prior experience with nRF5 SDK) for the nRF5 SDK, but there is a peripheral heartrate example in the nRF5 SDK that show usage with FreeRTOS.

But my requirement is for ble with free-rtos. could you please suggest any reference related to creating tasks , when the write handler receives a value and perform an operation based on the value received.
