The nRF5340 have ANT and BLE support in the nRF Connect SDK. Please reach out to thisisant.com on request for support for ANT for the nRF52-series in nRF Connect SDK.

Also, since we are using the S332 Softdevice (BT and ANT), does moving to the nRF Connect SDK still support BT and ANT in the same way?

Since I am using Softdevice 332 (v7.0.1), what SDK version would I need to update to in order achieve the concurrent advertising?

Hello,

There is no direct way of doing this in nRF5 SDK no, the closest would be to stop, update and start advertisment from an app_timer to emulate the same.
