Hi,

I am using Matter Light_ Bulb; I am experimenting with OTA functionality through Matter; But my external Flash is IS25LP080D;

The previous issue has been resolved. I checked the hardware and found that there was a welding problem with the IC;

Currently, the QSPI has been used, but there are still issues with the OTA function.

From the memory layout, it seems the external flash memory setting is correct.

Is it a matter sample or your project? Could you test with Matter: Light bulb?

Could you execute "ninja partition_manager_report" under the build folder and provide the return or use?

It should look like this if the external flash setting is correct. If not, please provide the mcuboot & app config and overlay files.

Hi,

You can use an overlay file to overwrite the qspi. Here is an example in this post, but it uses spi. You can refer to https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-zephyr/blob/main/boards/arm/nrf52840dk_nrf52840/nrf52840dk_nrf52840.dts#L223-L248 and the overlay provided in this post and update for qspi.
