Hi,

As mentioned in the documentation, these commands are removed. There are currently 2 options in your case:
1. You can stay at an older NCS version
2. You can restore DFU implementation on Serial LTE Modem on your custom solution. Relevant removal commits can be found in this pull request. This option would require more work on your side as reverting the commits would not be enough due to refactored UART implementation.
