We were using SECP256K1 curves to build public keys on a custom project without issues, but when switching to the SECP256R1 curve, we're getting an internal error.
Specifically we're getting a CRYS_ERROR of 0xF00830 when calling `CRYS_ECPKI_BuildPublKey

RE: SECP256R1 curve Encryption throws internal error

I edited my earlier reply as the link I sent for public key will not be accessible for you.
I have feedback from respective team.

Secp256r1 should work. Maybe your public key is not correct or that the endianness or form of the public key is wrong.

To check if your key is wrong, you can try the following public key that we are using for testing ECDSA with secp256r1, and see if that work:

04e424dc61d4bb3cb7ef4344a7f8957a0c5134e16f7a67c074f82e6e12f49abf3c970eed7aa2bc48651545949de1dddaf0127e5965ac85d1243d6f60e7dfaee927

or you can look for key (from NIST CAVP) here https://csrc.nist.gov/Projects/Cryptographic-Algorithm-Validation-Program/Digital-Signatures#ecdsa2vs
