My next suggestion then would be to setup a constant carrier on the nRF24 to measure the frequency accuracy of the carrier, it should be +-100kHz off the center frequency of the channel you are using. You will need a spectrum analyzer for this. Also ensure that you are using authentic nRF24 chip (for instance there are nRF24L01 clones out there, even with the same marking, so make sure it's bought from a nordic distributor).

Are you have the same modulation 1Mbps and using the same channels on both devices?

according to this yes. already configured the modulation to be 1Mbps as below :

the channel its 2.402 Ghz

Is the issue with reception only one direction or none of the devices (nRF52/nRF24) receive anything from each other?

am only trying first from the Nrf24 as TX to the NRF52 as RX and there is no communication between them. I have another Nrf52 dev board as Tx and its communicating properly with the NRF52

Is there any way that you can sniff the air packets?

No i dont have ..I am waiting to get pcb boards where i can install another full package with nrf24 included so i can check that between the nrf24 can communicate. but before i changed the channel and modulation they were able to communicate,
