Yes, that's most probably the issue here. How do you connect your device, can you post a schematic please?

The same thing shows up when I put a device. Maybe something wrong on device side :(

If the device is no longer in the "connected devices" and that is normal, how would I flash the image to my circuit board? Below you can see that the device is available, and after the connection it is no longer available.

That's normal. The debugger will switch to "debug out" when you do this. If there's not a device to connect to, the debugger not work.

Hi,

I took my circuit out. I see the problem as soon as I connect VDD (DK: Connector P1 pin 1) to VTG (DK: Connector P20 pin 3 (Select per schematic, or VTG per silk screen).

Can you post a schematic of your setup please? Is the external circuit externally powered and if so, with what voltage?
