I'm trying to achieve the system OFF current consumption on the nRF52-DK which is stated in the datasheet as 0.3uA with no RAM retention.
I'm running the nRF5x system off demo, using the nRF Connect SDK v2.4.2, measuring current using

RE: Strange current consumption with nRF52-DK system off demo

Hi,

Can you try to configure the PPK2 in source mode and then set the output power to 2V7 and see what you measure?

This is what I measure with a unmodified system off sample and powering the board with 2V7.

Note that powering with more than 2V7 at the external supply header will cause the nRF52 to be at a higher voltage potential then the rest of the board, resulting in extra current flowing from the nRF52 to the rest of the devkit. Therefore use 2V7,

regards
