Hi,

When DK is powered through USB it will be at 3V0. The DUT must match the DK voltage, and when the DK is powered through USB it will be at 3V0. If the DUT is not at 3V0, then you have to as you've already done short SB19 to set VREF to correct voltage:

SB19 should be shorted.

Shame on your documentation Nordic Semi that there is no any information about SB19 in the DK user guide!

Update: it doesn't detect Vdd of my target board and stays on the level of 3V.

My board is 1.8V and I want to mention again that the connection is the same. I use P19 with 6-pin tag connect cable.
