Hi Abhijith,

The DK is detected on my PC normally. I've tried to reinstall the nRF connect, Programmer app, downgrade them to older version, etc. So far, none of them work.

Hello,

Is your DK detected on your PC? Check the device manager to see how the DK is recognised inside the PC. Also, from the command line, try running the command nrfjprog --deviceversion.

Try changing the USB ports and USB cable. If your DK is detected everywhere other than the programmer app, I recommend reinstalling the nRF connect for desktop.
