 To a future custom board where i will use a external flash, i test the sample to extract information with jesd216 sample on zephyr.

&lt;p&gt;They should be yes, but if this is a kit you have had for some years you might at some point have done modifications to it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I just built the zephyr\samples\drivers\jesd216 for the nrf52840dk_nrf52840 (without using any specific overlay/conf files, then this will default to qspi). It seems to work out of the box here:&lt;/p&gt;
