They should be yes, but if this is a kit you have had for some years you might at some point have done modifications to it.

Hi,

I just built the zephyr\samples\drivers\jesd216 for the nrf52840dk_nrf52840 (without using any specific overlay/conf files, then this will default to qspi). It seems to work out of the box here:

Are you sure all pins are connected properly.
