For your last question, I recommend you go through the product specification of nRF52832. In the P.S., you can find the behavior of GPIOs during different resets (refer to pages 85 and 86).

Thanks a lot - this is exactly what I was looking for!

One more question:
What is the status of all GPIOs during reset?
Are they set as inputs with or without a weak pull-up?

Sorry for the long response time.

It means that the nRESET function can be exposed onto this pin. Please take a look at the pin reset documentation.
