If you use NB-IoT with Rel 13 you refer to CP-RAI.

AFAIK, that doesn't perform well. If you search the forum, you will see a couple of explanations. CP-PSM is based on data-packages and TCP use some additional ones. It's likely, that your assumption about the messages doesn't fit to the definition of CP-RAI.

Could they possibly have a look what happens on their side? Maybe you could ask them if they could provide you with some information about possible cause(s) for disconnection?

RAI feature can be used if your network supports it. Have you checked with your network operator if the network has RAI support?

Yes, I've activated RAI support and checked this with at commands over at-shell.
I've read RAI parameters from modem's NVM and they are correctly set.

The board connects to A1 network in Croatia.

and the LTE_LINK_CONTROL is selected in networking module's Kconfig file so it's enabled.

The networking part in the project is based on asset_tracker_v2 application's modem module.
