Hmm, seeing as how the SAADC is working as expected until you call the pa_lna_setup function I would look into what that function is doing behind the scenes to see if it could be affecting the SAADC in any way.
Are there any particular loggings or similar that occurs when you do the pa_lna_setup?

If not, then I would suggest that you raise this question to Fanstel directly, since this is something they've made for use with their modules.

Thanks for your response. In Fanstel bt832x1 module as per datasheet pin number P06 ,P17, P19 pins are used for PA. I configure P02 pin for adc input, so not any pins overlapping.

Hello,

I must preface this by saying that I do not have any personal experience working with the Fanstel bt832x1 module, but it sounds to me like there might be an overlap in configuration/Pin usage, so that when you enable the FEM it will repurpose the SAADC pins you already had configured, and so your SAADC reads stops working.

Do you have a datasheet for the module in which you could check what pins that the Fanstel module will use for its own functionality?
