Yes, i guess, I followed to install the package that is mentioned in the segger wiki link mentioned at the start.

Could you please let me know the packages i need to install manually?
and i am using nrf SDK v17
Segger embedded studio version is 5.62

You may try to intall the packages manually: https://studio.segger.com/packages/

Note that you are using an old SDK, for new designs you should look at the nRF Connect SDK, also read: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/nordic-blog/b/blog/posts/nrf-connect-sdk-and-nrf5-sdk-statement
