hello,

The voltage at Reset pin P0.18 is 3.3v and after reset button press, it is 0. The board designer said that the mcu is staying in the debug state after flash. What I do not know what really the problem is.

Can you please check the voltage on P0.18 if it is high or low?

To get access to the PSELRESET register you can use nrfjprog tool (nrfjprog --pinreset).
