Well there shouldn't anything wrong about that.

So does this pop up as a warning, or an error stopping you from building? Do you see it in the build log as well?

It is not. It's a project I've been working on for several months. I just spent a few minutes flipping through old versions in git and it seems that it started when I added the child_image/mcuboot.conf file as part of implementing FW signing.

I am seeing this as well (now on 2.5.1). The project builds and runs, but the errors are present in VS Code. I am on v2023.11.301 of nRF Connect for VS Code.

Hello Leo,

That is odd. Could you check what version of the extension you are using? Are you seeing this on default samples as well?

I just checked, and I am not seeing it on my side.
