Please upload complete file with packets (.pcapng?), because on the screenshots provided we can only see advertising packets.

Unfortunately, I can't post the packets received when my DK is connected to the Master Control Panel, because I only have one nRF51 Dongle.

Yes, I have the nRF51 dongle : I will do it Monday (the equipment is currently at my school).

I can recommend our tutorial on debugging BLE products

This goes into looking at the packets to see what the cause of disconnection is. There can be a lot of reasons from significant interference to devices hanging to other issues.

A sniffer log would be good to have, you can find info about the sniffer here. You can also use the sniffer with nRF51 DK or EK in addition to the dongles.

You should also check the disconnect reason. Check the variable p_ble_evt->evt.gap_evt.params.disconnected.reason when getting BLE_GAP_EVT_DISCONNECTED event (in on_ble_evt(...)).

Do you have dongle to use as ble sniffer? If yes, capture some data with wireshark in both scenarios and compare them (or just post them here)
