 There are many data points form my devices (I can see from the REST data), but it just shows default location Portland, hopefully the dev team are already fixing this.

Obtainable from the Team page on nrfcloud.com (hamburger menu, upper right), or from the&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;code&gt;tenantId&lt;/code&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;response field from the&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="https://api.nrfcloud.com/v1#tag/Account/operation/FetchAccountInfo" rel="nofollow"&gt;FetchAccountInfo&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;request in the REST API. (Team and tenant are the same thing.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The User ID of the person logged into nrfcloud.com, if they are using the portal. Obtainable from the User Account page on&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://nrfcloud.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;nrfcloud.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;(hamburger menu, upper right).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If the problem is with a specific device, the Device ID, shown as &amp;quot;Id&amp;quot; on the Devices page, or at the top of the device&amp;#39;s individual page. If using the REST API, it&amp;#39;s the&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;code&gt;deviceId&lt;/code&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;supplied in many of the requests.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For REST API requests, the full details of the requests they sent and responses they received. If possible, include the&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;code&gt;request-id&lt;/code&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;response header.&lt;/li&gt;
