I'm finding a Windows PC for nRFConnect SDK firmware development.
I find a HP model Pavilion Laptop (15-eg1050TU) with good price as shown below:
https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/c08152468
It runs Windows 11 home edition.

Do you have any experience on using MacBook for NCS? How's it compare with WinPC?

The biggest improvement in compile time is using Linux. Typically Linux is twice as fast using the same hardware. I can see that Windows have released something called Dev Drive that might help close the gap (but not tested it): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/dev-drive/

Edit: Just an update on the Dev Drive, I can see significant improvement in build time for nRF Connect SDK when using Dev Drive on Windows 11, though make sure both toolchain and ncs is installed on the drive. The placement of the toolchain and ncs installation can be changed from for instance (default disk) C: drive to (dev drive) D: from toolchain manager here:

We don't have any minimum requirements or recommended hardware, so difficult to comment on your question. At home I am using a similar laptop PC that you list, and it works okey is my experience (the first build takes time, but doing changes it only compiles what is required, so it goes pretty okey). If possible I would recommend to get one with more CPU cores/threads.
