If there are two BLE Broadcast devices which the locations are fixed, is it possible to calculate the location of the Observer device itself by the RSSIs and the distance of this two Broadcast devices? Is there any sample for this

RE: How to calculate the location of BLE Observer device by the RSSIs of two Broadcast devices

I am not aware of any specific test report no, but if you have two DK's you can just program the sample project to two DK's and run it yourself:
https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/samples/bluetooth/nrf_dm/README.html#testing

Make sure you choose two of the DK's mentioned at the top of the page. The nRF52840 is typically my go to kit when I am testing something.

Many thanks for introducing such a good sample.

Is there any actual data or material about the distance measurement you tested before release for us，we would like to further confirm the actual precision distance measurement. Many thanks.

RE: How to calculate the location of BLE Observer device by the RSSIs of two Broadcast devices

Hello,

We have a distance measurement example and library for this purpose:
https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/samples/bluetooth/nrf_dm/README.html

We also a webinar where different wayts to measure distance is discussed:
https://webinars.nordicsemi.com/measuring-distance-with-the-nordic-4

The short conclusion is that RSSI is not reliable, but the distance measurement library include other ways that is more reliable.
