Unfortunately, we do not have any extended information about this subject at this time, but I will be sure to provide feedback internally wrt. having a bare-metal scanning sample that can be ported to any MCU.

Is there any documentation about these register locations and what they control? I tried looking for these registers in the documentation you already have available for the nrf7002 but I could not find them.

Unfortunately, we do not have any examples on how to use other MCUs with the nRF7002 at this time. We support the nRF5340, nRF9160, and nRF52840 as host controllers.

Thank you for reporting this back to us. This reference is the register locations, and I'll report a bug that the rest of the comment should be removed.
