Until now I am using a nRF24L01 with johanson balun (2450BM14A0002) and MIFA.
I want to add a power amplifier to my nRF24L01 project. Can anyone give me advice which power amplifier should I use? Can I use a CC2592 or CC2590 from TI?

RE: nRF24L01+ PA

Håkon Alseth, thank you very much for your answer!

RE: nRF24L01+ PA

Hi DimaV,

I would not recommend using RF PAs with differential input. The reason for this is because our reference design BALUN has two jobs:

Filtering noise/harmonics

differential to single-ended impedance conversion.

You already have a BALUN from Johanson that does the above mentioned job, so you should choose a RF PA with 50 ohm single-ended input. There's several threads on devzone discussing the topic of RF PAs, for instance this one:

Cheers,
Håkon
