Hi.

Thanks for the informations. It worked. Actually I had already checked other pins but the problem was a malfunctioning sensor. After I changed the sensor I had only checked these pins which are disconnected. It worked when I used these other pins.

Please see the notes in the EVK-NINA-B4 User Guide:

Did you follow the instructions in the table above, in order to use P0.00 and P0.01? An alternative is to use a couple of other pins, for example P1.09 and P0.12.

Have you tried any other pins? Have you checked that the selected pins are not interfering with anything on the EVK-NINA-B4 board? I assume this is the document showing how the pins are in use. https://content.u-blox.com/sites/default/files/EVK-NINA-B4_UserGuide_UBX-19054587.pdf

What kind of board is the BME280 sensor mounted on? How is the sensor supplied? What is the IO voltage level?
