The first thing that pop to mind when something runs on the DK, but doesn't on a customer board is a difference in hardware. For instance the DK have an external 32KHz that is used by default, if your custom board doesn't then it will for intance "hang" forever. Does for instance using the internal RC instead make it work?

I've bought a J-link and it's flashing the code. However, the code doesn't seams to run. I tried to flash a simple blink program that blink the led1 and prints to the RTT consol. The code run well on the DK with my custom board config but doesn't run on the E73-2G4M08S1E. It's like there is no bootloader on the board

Hello,

I recommend to get an nRF52833-DK, this will ensure all examples works out of the box, but it's also possible to program and debug third party nRF modules and board if the supply voltage is around ~3V. All nordic tools for development will also work out of the box.

If you need to support lower supply voltage I recommend to get a SEGGER j-link stand-alone programmer/debugger.
