The problem has not been solved.
However, since there is no longer a need to use “manufacturer-specific data,” it is closed.

The code I have included omits it, but there is actually an error checking process.
I have verified that no errors have occurred.

Hello,

Please make sure that you always check the returned error codes from the SDK functions in order to be alerted in the case that a function call unexpectedly fails.

Please also take a look at how you can use the advertising library to dynamically update your advertising payload with manufacturer specific data in the example from this blogpost.
