The cause of the error was a missing file during the porting of the code: retarget.c

Hi Peter,
You may want to upload the .zip file again.
There seems to be an issue when click on the link.

I assume that you are not connecting the device to UART port on PC ?
Most likely that you may have APP_UART_COMMUNICATION_ERROR or APP_UART_FIFO_ERROR because it was not connected to UART port. Then it will assert. Check uart_event_handle().

What you can do is to ignore these errors so that it would work without UART connection.

If you actually connected UART, then you need to check if you can run the ble_app_uart example. Please double check if you set NRFX_UARTE_ENABLED 1 in sdk_config.
