I have a number of Thingy53 Revision v0.8.0 units. Please confirm if this version will be compatible with nRF7002 EB.
From the nRF7002 EB documentation, it appears that Thingy53 Revision v0.8.0 will work with nRF7002 using SPI but the 4-wire

RE: nRF7002 EB compatibility with Thingy53

Hello,

Correct, you need the 1.1.0 Thningy:53 to get all the co-ex lines. The system will work without this but you won't have the option to use the full co-ex.

1.1.0 version has started shipping from our side so should show up at disties in a while.

RE: nRF7002 EB compatibility with Thingy53

Hello Ravi,
Please confirm if this version will be compatible with nRF7002 EB.
I do not think that should be an issue. Are you having any issues with it?
From the nRF7002 EB documentation, it appears that Thingy53 Revision v0.8.0 will work with nRF7002 using SPI but the 4-wire co-existence interface will require Thingy53 v1.1.0 or later. Is the correct?
Could you show me where you see this in the documentation?
I’ve enquired several North American suppliers if they stock the newer Thingy53 Revision v1.1.0. Currently, none do. Given that most resellers have a sizeable stock of the earlier Thingy53 versions, Is there any other way to purchase the latest Thingy53 revision?
Please contact your local RSM about this, or let me know if you have questions about who that would be for you.

Regards,
