I want to refresh those values automatically on the nrf connect for mobile app and i can only do that by clicking

RE: How to auto Refreshing the values of Temperature and Humidity that i send on NRF Connect for mobile

Hi,

Notifications are normally used to send values without requiring the receiver to periodically read the characteristics. Notifications are enabled by pressing "3 downward arrows" button in nRF Connect application. Since this button is not available for your characteristics, it is possible that the Client Characteristic Configuration Descriptor is not implemented in the custom service.

If you are using nRF Connect SDK, you can reference exercise 2 in lesson 4 of the Bluetooth Low Energy Fundamentals course on DevAcademy.

If you are using nRF5 SDK, please have a look at step 3 in the Bluetooth low energy Characteristics, a beginner's tutorial Tutorial.
