That would be the ones used for the virtual com port on the nRF52840DK

As I am using nrf802154_sniffer.hex, I do not know which UART Pins are used in this hex file.
Can you tell me which Pins are used as UART in the above hex file?

Are you able to see other logs on UART from the custom board?

There is another tutorial on how to install the sniffer on wireshark here: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_tz_v4.0.0/nrf802154_sniffer.html?cp=9_7_1_4_4_0.

While that guide is older, I often find it easier to follow myself.

Can you give the output of the extcap init script?
