As per our design implementation we need to modify bootloader chain (Implementing MCUBoot as immutable Bootloader as well as Upgradable Bootloader).

In a reference bootchain provided by Nordic, we have NISB as Immutable Bootloader (stage 0

RE: Multi Image build for nrf5340

You can add MCUboot by doing CONFIG_BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT to your project.

MCUboot cant be stage 0 and stage 1 at the same time. There is also no point of that.
It can be either stage 0 or stage 1.

We are not modifying MCUboot right now, but rather trying to use MCUboot as the stage 0 and stage 1 bootloader instead of using NSIB and MCUboot as the stage 0 and stage 1 bootloaders as provided by Nordic.

To explain further, our customer requirements suggest that both stages of the bootloader (stage 0 & stage 1) should be based on MCUboot. Hence we are trying to understand what are the methods available for achieving the same.
