Yes, this make sense.

Are you able to provide any logs from receiving in SLM and sending from SLM? This way I can forward to our SLM team to get more information and a possible fix.

Hi Øyvind,

According to SW they think its between SLM and server because they noticed few cases that messages were broken but delivered all

I explain

our MCU send 1 message to SLM, this message is getting to our server in 2 messages and our server can't combine them

For example: we send to SLM 1 message:

"activity:0,0,1,2,1,4"

SLM send to server 2 message:

"activity:0,0,1
,2,1,4"

That's what they noted, let me know if this make any sense

The good JSON is sent from another MCU. Have you verified if there is an issue with UART flow control? Are you using RAI with your device?

Do you know if the JSON data is good when received? Do you know if the data is good when sent from SLM and goes bad between SLM and server?

Yes this is the problem,

We send the modem a good JSON, the modem transmit bad JSON

This is what we trying to figure out

If we send each msg separated (exit data mode and publish exit data mode and publish) and not all in the same publish (data mode) it will be ok, only in data mode it gets broken

Looking at the failed log there seems to be an issue with the JSON formatting. As noted at end of each line:

Exception: Unexpected character ('.' (code 46)) in numeric value: Decimal point not followed by a digit
Exception: Unexpected character ('8' (code 56)): was expecting double-quote to start field name
Exception: Unexpected character ('s' (code 115)): was expecting double-quote to start field name
Exception: Unexpected end-of-input in field name

Any JSON verification on your side (in application)?

The log 'sent msg' is all the JSON that were sent, the successful ones a parsed correctly to server, they arrived to server exactly how they sent

Can provide more information on how you sending these messages from your application? Based on case 314826 are you using nRF Connect SDK v2.1.2 or 2.4.0? Do you get the same in both?

Do you have any logs of a successful JSON formatted message?
