Hi Joseph,

The LTE Sensor Gateway sample evolves from the old sample. I do not understand why you want to "port" it to the newest NCS.

I suggest you do your application development based on the latest LTE Sensor Gateway sample.

Thank you for the information! I'm actually just trying to get familiar with the tooling and using nRF cloud, so have the Thingy device that the sample you linked requires.

Would it be worth it for me to try to port the out of date sample to the newest SDK? If so would you have any guidance on how to do so?

Hi Joseph,

The sample you point to is out of date. It had last committed three years ago.
