It looks like a lot of the build errors are caused by deprecated code and configs. You should change these so that it matches the latest SDK version.

The MQTT sample found in nrf\samples\net\mqtt should be good for that, if you don't wanna use any of the cloud samples.

Also, I didn't realize before now that you have actually uploaded the application folder. Then you don't need to send me.

Hi again.

What I wish to achive is a simple MQTT framework that I can use as a base for futher development.
I have some experience in microcontrolers after working nearly 40 years with them but normaly I write everything I need by my self and now thats not realy posible then I have to communicate with the modem.
We do have a lot of customers already waiting for the system, never trust sales, so I need to have something going to show at least as soon as it can be

Hi Hakon.

Sorry for late reply but it has been a stressful time.

I have updated the sdk to 2.5.1. and made a new try with the original files, no changes, and I just have a lot of errors then trying to build the application.

Please help me to find out what I have missed.

(will try to find out how to send the zip)

The easiest way is just make a zip file and upload it in the ticket. I can make the ticket private if you have anything in the code you don't want to be seen by others.

You may send the Github link (preferred) or Google Drive for the Nordic engineer to review the files, I think that would be better :)

Haven't tried with 2.5.1. yet while I thougth the example was older than 2.5.0. and had been tested against that version
